Prescriptions can now be ordered online, via the link on the surgery website, but patients need to come into the surgery to be given access codes before ordering prescriptions for the first time – please bring ID with you (eg passport, birth certificate etc).

Repeat prescription requests should only be for drugs you receive regularly.

You can click here to order repeat prescriptions online with SystmOne, our IT provider.
You will need a user name and password.  To obtain these please call at the Surgery with a form of identification (ie passport/prescription counterfoil).

You can also  bring or send your computer repeat request slip to the surgery or take it to the local chemist who will bring it to the surgery on your behalf.

In the interests of safety, we do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Online Patient Survey Results:

We did a short paper survey with about 100 patients last year, and now we’ve got it online. Please click on the link to complete it and tell us about your experience as a patient over these last difficult couple of years. It shouldn’t take more than five minutes, maybe a bit more if you’ve got lots you want to tell us about – which we’d be pleased to read, whether good or bad. The survey will close Friday 18th March 2022.
